# Hartii OTC Link (beta)

Local implementation pending independent review, Orchard rehearsal and mainnet deployment.
When the deployment manifest is null, live trading is disabled. Demo replay uses an illustrative
fixture; its tokens, offers and volume are not real.

Make an offer of standard ERC-20 tokens for native QUAI. The maker approves exactly the offer
amount and creates the offer without depositing tokens. The taker fills the entire offer in one
transaction. ERC-20-for-ERC-20 and partial fills are not available in v1.

Initial service fee is 0.5% of the QUAI leg, added to the taker's total only on a successful fill.
The owner can change it up to 2%; the page reads the current fee. Approval and network gas cost
extra. Initial minimum offer is 1 QUAI (owner cap 1,000 QUAI), pending live gas calibration.
The page defaults to seven days; maximum expiry is 30 days.

This is not a guaranteed-execution order — anyone eligible can fill it first, the maker can cancel
it, or it can go stale if their balance/allowance changed. Hartii does not vet offer creators or
tokens. Verify this came from someone you trust. Offers and fills are public even if you only
share a link privately. Balance checks cannot make a dishonest token trustworthy.

Taxed, rebasing, false-return and no-return tokens are unsupported. A failed token transfer or
surplus refund rolls back the entire swap; reverted transactions can still cost network gas.
Non-custodial at rest, with a bounded failure-only exception: if the 30,000-gas native push to
the maker or treasury fails, their address-scoped balance can be withdrawn. Maker cancellation
of active offers and withdrawals work even while paused. There is no owner rescue or proxy.

Review the exact amounts, service fee, gas budget and raw calldata before each signature.
Approve and create are separate actions. Save the transaction hash. If a wallet disconnects or
times out, use the existing receipt-recovery panel; do not resend or clear browser storage.
Paste a wallet transaction hash to recover an unknown submission. Account, destination,
calldata and native value must match. Local activity can be exported as CSV.

The board refreshes on new blocks. Recent fills cover only the last 10,000 blocks, not lifetime
volume. A stale or offline indicator means the displayed snapshot may be old. Each signing
action performs fresh checks. Owner changes, competing takers and token behavior can still
cause a revert after those checks.

Beta — audited by our own tests only; use small trades first. No yield or price promises.
