What it is

A terminal wallet for Quai: a live full-screen TUI, scriptable --json commands and an MCP server for AI agents.

Who it is for

Developers, power users and people who run AI coding agents against Quai.

How it works

  1. Run it with npx: npx -y https://hartiilabs.com/downloads/hartii-cli.tgz
  2. Create or import a wallet. Keys stay in an encrypted local keystore.
  3. Use the full-screen terminal or script commands with --json. Every write is simulated first.
  4. For agents, run hartii mcp. It is read-only by default; writes need --allow-writes with per-transaction and per-day limits.

Questions

Is it open source?

Yes. The source is on GitHub under the MIT licence.

Can an AI agent spend my funds?

Only if you start the MCP server with --allow-writes, and then only within the per-transaction and per-day limits you set.

Which version is this?

Beta, version 0.2.0 at the time of writing.

Where do I report a security issue?

On the GitHub repository, privately, using "Report a vulnerability".
